I was recently robbed at gun point and I was under the influence of benzodiazepines. Unfortunately i was robbed of a medication that I have a prescription for, and allegedly had intentions to sell them. Even though I never sold anything I am not sure how to proceed. I am supposed to give a victim statement but I'm not sure if I should have a lawyer there with me. Thanks for any advice in advance!
